At Stage and Screen FX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional makeup and special effects supplies. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your items back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods to ensure they meet our hygiene standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
